A few weeks ago, the serene beaches and lush landscapes of Nosara, Costa Rica, became the perfect backdrop for this year’s Mastermind Retreat. With 11 heart-centered women coming together, it was a week filled with love, laughter, and connection in ways we could have only imagined.
This retreat wasn’t just an escape; it was a sacred space curated to inspire, nourish, and energize. Surrounded by Costa Rica’s natural beauty, we dedicated our days to deepening our connections, both within ourselves and with each other. This was a powerhouse gathering of heart-centered thought leaders, entrepreneurs, practitioners, and visionaries, all united by a shared mission to impact the world positively and to show up as their truest selves.
Mornings began on the beach with surf sessions. Surfing wasn’t just an activity; it was an invitation to live fully alive, facing fears, embracing challenges, and discovering new depths of resilience and joy.
The week flowed with powerful conversations, quiet reflections, and spaces where we could just be. Together, we celebrated wins. We shared our dreams, our stories, our fears, and our visions—and in doing so, we found new possibilities and a profound sense of belonging. Vulnerability became our strength as we held space for each other, offering support, encouragement, and the kind of connection that transcends words.
Looking back, we feel immense gratitude for this extraordinary group of women who trusted us with their journeys. The magic of this retreat was not only in the experiences we shared, but also in the friendships that continue to grow and the inspiration we carry forward.
