our offerings

In a world of increasing disconnection and loneliness, NUSHU Group is an opportunity to experience intentional community, where we have the permission, conditions, and support to share what’s on our mind and in our hearts and connect deeply with other human beings. It is a space where we do not fix or give advice, but where we simply witness others and are witnessed ourselves. In a small group and guided by a facilitator and prompts, this modality allows us to powerfully access our own healing, to know ourselves in order to remember our wholeness and catalyze positive change.

In this NUSHU Group, we will focus on relationships. Taking time to lovingly examine a relationship, without fear of judgment, can shift our understanding of the dynamic in that relationship. We will seek to create insights into how to show up differently for those we love (or how to set loving boundaries with those who need to show up differently for us).

Triggers are windows into ourselves. In a safe space, we will examine the things that trigger us and what those triggers can teach us. A deeper understanding of our triggers can guide us to where we need to create change in our lives, and to release stories that no longer serve us.
