We want to make sure that all mothers have access to the support, encouragement, tools, and empowerment they need. NO! While the focus will be on motherhood, and the content will speak directly to mothers, this course can be helpful and interesting to all parents and caregivers as well as all genders. In fact, it even applies to people who are considering becoming parents or people interested in healing their relationships with their own mothers or parents. All are welcome.
Vanessa Cornell is not a parenting expert, and this is not a course about how to raise your children. This course focuses on bringing awareness and understanding to yourself as a mother and how it can impact your relationship with your children.
