Releasing Mom Guilt is an interactive course that will help you prioritize yourself and show up more fully for your kids.

- Courtney E.

"Vanessa offers a refined version of motherhood: one that begins first with self-knowing and self-acceptance. This approach offers a radical reimagining of motherhood and puts forth the idea that motherhood doesn't have to mean losing yourself.

In connecting more deeply to my own feelings, needs, and wants, I am modeling for my children all that they too can have in their own journeys."

Mom Guilt is the number one saboteur to your ability to show up powerfully for your kids.

You’re working so hard to be the best parent you can be. Sometimes you worry you are falling short, and you feel guilty about it. It’s natural. It makes sense. It’s true for so many.

But what you don’t realize is that all of that guilt is preventing you from being the best you can be.

Ditch the pressure and "not enoughness" that come with motherhood.

"Working with Vanessa and NUSHU has given me the space to take a more purposeful, big-picture look at my life, which is so important for mothers who can get caught up in the day-to-day struggles of raising children.

So much of motherhood is about focusing on your children that it is an incredible gift to take the time to think about who you are."

I know I need to take time for myself, but I always feel so guilty about it.

I hate that my fuse is so short. I feel terrible when I’m impatient with my kids.

No matter how hard I try, I always feel like I could be doing more.

I want to be present with my kids, but I’m just so tired.

The expectations of motherhood feel INSANE these days! When these unrealistic expectations collide with our internal reality, moms get hit with a tidal wave of guilt and shame.

It can sometimes feel impossible to be a mom. I’m on a mission to deshame motherhood and give moms the tools to be the best mom they can be, while maintaining their sanity and living their own best lives at the same time.

"I’m constantly trying to move away from feelings of guilt as a mom and Vanessa has helped with this by helping me to access my own self without fear. In turn, I can be a better mother because I am not suppressing things I want to personally explore which can lead to resentment."

At one point, I had five children six years old and under. It almost broke me. I was trying SO HARD to get it all right. Not only did I never feel like I was succeeding, I was totally exhausted.

I had to break down to realize that I was going about it all wrong. I realized that all the guilt and shame I was feeling was robbing my kids of what they truly wanted - a present, connected and joyful mom. Now, I feel like I not only have more energy, presence and patience for my kids, but I also have so much more joy.

If you’re trying to be the best mom you can be but you’re just exhausted and full of guilt and you feel like you’re trying so hard but it feels so impossible. I get, which is why I created this course for you.

If you’re filled with mom guilt all the time and you can’t figure out how to shake it…

I’ve been there. I see you.

Raising children is SO hard, and it makes us so hard on ourselves.

But - and this is important - I’ve learned that being hard on ourselves doesn’t make us better parents - it makes us LESS able to show up for our kids.

Mom Guilt is the number one saboteur to our ability to show up powerfully for our kids. We think it’s helping us be better parents, but it’s actually preventing us from being the best we can be.

I created this course, Releasing Mom Guilt, to free you from this trap and help you become happier, more easeful, AND be a better mom.

I hope you'll join me.

Love,
Vanessa
