This is our signature offering and at the core of everything we do.
NUSHU Group is an intimate sharing circle of 8-10 participants, guided by one of our certified facilitators, that offers a safe space to say things out loud, free of fixing, advice-giving, or judgment.
what is Group?
At the start of each session, all of the participants read and agree to the NUSHU Group Guidelines. This creates an agreement as to how everyone will participate. Next, your NUSHU Group Facilitator will offer a set of prompts and ask you to journal, after which each person will be invited to share their reflections with the group. Your NUSHU Group Facilitator will be there to guide the sessions, uphold confidentiality, promote safety, and build trust.
how does it work?
If you are looking for a safe place to share what’s on your mind and in your heart, NUSHU Group is for you.
If you are looking for an opportunity to experience intentional community, where you have the permission, conditions, and support to connect deeply with other human beings and yourself, we welcome you with love into this space.
While NUSHU Group is for individuals dealing with everyday difficulties and challenges, but who are not currently enrolled in therapy, it can also serve as a complementary experience to those presently seeking professional help.
