Michele L. Walter

Michele L. Walter is a Conscious Connection Guide. All her life, Michele knew she had a gift of finding and creating connection. But, like so many people, Michele never felt that she had the permission or “luxury” to explore her gift. So, she spent most of her life disconnected from herself, chasing after outside measures of success - from working as an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice for 20 years, to becoming a 3-time Ironman. Despite all outward measures of success, Michele felt disconnected from herself, her life, and her deepest purpose. After experiencing several years of burnout, anxiety, and depression, Michele synchronistically found ancient teachings and wisdom in mindfulness meditation and coaching that allowed her to come back home to herself. At the age of 48, Michele quit her attorney job to become a full-time solo-preneur with her company, Life From The Summit, Mindfulness and Coaching. Through mindfulness meditation and coaching, Michele creates warm and welcoming places to guide people in creating more conscious connections in their lives– to themselves, other people, the world around them, and most of all, their truest purpose. Becoming a certified NUSHU Group Facilitator in 2020 allowed Michele to bring a new and deeper level to her work as a Conscious Connection Guide. Michele lives in Colorado with her pitbull Winnie. In addition to being an avid mountaineer, devoted dog mom, and aspiring guitarist, Michele is an Associate Certified Coach (through the International Coach Federation), a Certified Professional Coach (through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), an Energy LeadershipTM Index Master Practitioner, and a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
