This April, we traveled to Nosara, Costa Rica, for our annual Surf Retreat with 25 incredible women. It’s by far one of our favorite offerings because no one comes out of the week unchanged.
In just seven days, 25 women gathered for a week of surf, sun, and sisterhood. Masks were shed, vulnerabilities were embraced, and authenticity was celebrated. It was a beautiful tapestry of individual stories woven together to create a collective experience of growth and empowerment.
We embarked on a journey of physical and spiritual nourishment, including surf lessons, restorative yoga, and NUSHU Group gatherings. Each day brought new adventures and opportunities for personal growth, reminding us of the importance of caretaking both our bodies and souls.
As the week unfolded, it became clear that our retreat was about so much more than just surfing—it was about forging deep connections and embracing the journey within. We were honored to welcome the radiant Ally Bogard, whose boundless wisdom left an indelible mark on our hearts.
