You see, pattern interruptions give us so much information. When we’re out of our regular routines for a time and come back to them we can notice new things.
What serves us?
What do we love?
What are we doing that we want to get rid of?
As I came back after being away for the holidays, I got really quiet and observant. A few things I noticed:
My biggest project right now is preparing myself for NUSHU Group Facilitator Training which begins in February. It feels delicious to look through the lessons, pull in new resources, revise lesson plans and marinate on how to make it even better.
Facilitator Training is the most rewarding work I do – because of the people it attracts. These people are the ones who want to be part of the good in the world, who want to help others, heal themselves and spread love, truth, and humanity. My kind of people! If that’s you…
The first is to join our free Hold the Healers community group because when you’re always helping others, who is there to hold you? I would love to offer you that supportive space on January 19th.
The second invitation is to apply to NUSHU Group Facilitator Training as the cohort is closing soon. You won’t regret it. You can learn more about the program on our site and submit an application when you’re ready.
Love, Vanessa
